Bol

The limestone island of Brač is characterized by mountains and traditional villages. From the high plateau of the Brač airport, imposing switchbacks lead to Bol with a breathtaking view of the island of Hvar. The Adriatic town of Bol stands out with its "Golden Horn", the unique pebble beach on the island. It is considered the most beautiful beach on the Adriatic Sea.

Bol is the tourist town on the island with many bars, night clubs, restaurants, and a wonderful promenade. It is famous for its ideal conditions for kitesurfing and the very beautiful ice cream parlors on the promenade. Bol is 53 km from Sutivan and can be reached in 1 hr. by car. From town, there is a direct boat connection to the island of Hvar.
