Learn about the ancient tradition of olive oil production and taste extra virgin olive oil and traditional snacks at the Olive Oil Museum in Škrip. The experience will take you on an imaginary journey through the island of Brač. In the evening, enjoy a concert in the Piazzetta featuring soprano Danijela Pintarić and pianist Darko Domitrović.

Wine production has a rich history on the island of Brač. Today, we have organised a special wine tasting event featuring wines from the Stina winery at our olive house. Expect to taste robust red wines with notes of sour cherry and Mediterranean herbs, as well as fresh white wines with a strong structure, high minerality, and a slightly salty finish - a true representation of the Adriatic! Our olive house offers an ideal evening setting with traditionally grilled dishes, excellent wines, the gentle sounds of the mandolin, and a breathtaking view of the olive grove and surrounding islands.

After breakfast, we take our boat to Split, one of the most beautiful cities on the Adriatic. There we will enjoy a guided tour with our licensed guide, Damir, and visit the ancient Diocletian's Palace, which was built at the end of the third century AD for the Roman Emperor Diocletian and today makes up about half of the old town of Split. In the evening, we will enjoy the yearly concert featuring the four tenors. Vladimir Garić, Đani Stipaničev, Marko Pecotić, and Filip Hozjak will perform a fine selection of arias, canzonas, and evergreens.

18^th of May 2024
Join Vlado and Vedran on a one-hour hike to our olive grove. Along the way, we will visit our donkey couple, Miki and Ivo, and treat them to fresh fruit and vegetables from the Lemongarden garden. After the hike, we will enjoy a late lunch on the terrace of the olive house while listening to live music by Naranča.
