The heart of our hotel

Our staff is the heart of our hotel and not only guarantees that everything runs smoothly here but also places great importance on ensuring that our guests feel great all-around and are able to experience a perfect vacation in Sutivan.

Jelena Pajić, Resident Assistant Manager

The amateur restorer especially likes the town of Dol. Here, her favorite place to eat is the Konoba Dol. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Brač on bike with her partner. If you have ever been to the Lemongarden, you have surely seen her. As resident assistant manager, Jelena works at the reception desk.

Bettina Fruhstuck, Sales & Marketing

She loves books and sports. When she is off work, you can find her on the beach. Sometimes, Bettina goes on excursions to Split. Our sales & marketing expert has chosen Bobovišća as her favorite town on the island of Brač. Thanks to its creative cuisine, she likes to eat at the restaurant Ranjak. She also especially loves the garden paradise at the Definis house.

Chef de cuisine Ante Udovičić

Ante Udovičić, Chef de Cuisine

For Ante, it’s impossible to choose: he likes Sutivan just as much as Bol. When it comes to his favorite restaurant, he is much more decisive: Ribarska kućica. He prefers to spend his free time with family on the beach. He is an avid soccer player and chef.  Ante’s favorite place at the Lemongarden is the kitchen. As our chef de cuisine, he creates delicacies of incomparable sophistication here.

Rebecca Hutterer, Chefpatissier

When she is off work, she likes to travel to Split. Going on a shopping spree through the city is just as relaxing for her as a long run in the beautiful surroundings of Sutivan. Like Oliver, Rebecca is also a big fan of the restaurant Punta. Her favorite place at the Lemongarden is the patisserie. This makes perfect sense, since she is indeed our head pastry chef.

Laud Ray Penndy, Commis de Patisserie

He loves to read, and he reads a lot. He spends his off days relaxing on the beach or exploring the island. He especially likes the town of Milna. The restaurant Dora in Sutivan is clearly his favorite. He likes the patisserie best. Here, the talented baker conjures up heavenly bread and pastries at the Lemongarden.

Oliver Tuttner, Chef de Service

As a huge wine lover, Oliver is delighted by fines wines from all over the world. His favorite restaurant is the Punta. In his free time, he loves to explore the island. Even though he already knows the island quite well, Brač always surprises him. The pool is the favorite place of our restaurant manager, which is understandable, since this is also a place for connoisseurs.

Nikolina, Beautician

Her hobbies are aerobics and cycling, and when she has free time, she enjoys soaking up the sun on the beach. For Nikolina, Supetar is the most beautiful town on Brač and the best restaurant is clearly Taverna Bol. Everyone knows that the beauty salon is her favorite place at the Lemongarden, which offers exquisite pampering. Nikolina is our beautician.

Jelena Žuljević, Breakfast Manager

Our breakfast manager’s favorite place is the garden. Here, she finds inspiration for new dishes, since cooking is her hobby as is cycling. Jelena also likes spending her free time with her daughter on the beach. She loves Sutivan and especially the restaurant Kopačina.

Irena Wienerova, Housekeeping Manager

She is fond of traveling and loves long walks in nature. On her free days, Irena enjoys the sun and the beach or a trip to Split. From the very beginning, the cuisine at the Konoba Luš has delighted her. In her opinion, the most beautiful town on Brač is Milna.  Anyone who has met Irena knows that her favorite place is the Definis house.

Hrvoje Matković, Head Gardener

The soccer enthusiast loves fun grill evenings with friends, or he uses his free days to go on an outing to Split. On the island, he likes the town of Sutivan the best. From a culinary standpoint, he has a distinct preference for the Konoba Kopačina. He feels right at home in the garden at the Lemongarden. He nurtures and cares for each individual plant, and the plants thank our head gardener with their colorful splendor.
