 Make yourself comfortable in the lotus position on the yoga platform, close your eyes and breathe deeply in and out! Strength and meditation. Tension and release.

Daily at 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

 Recharge your batteries

 Immerse yourself in the surrounding nature and listen to the birds chirping and the crickets singing. The sun glistens through the treetops, and the waves of the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea gently lap against the pebble beach. Is there a more beautiful place to recharge your batteries? The varied yoga programme will strengthen your body and improve your flexibility – right on the Croatian Adriatic coast. The classes take place in silence. Beginners are very welcome. Patricia looks forward to seeing you!
