Is the Heritage Hotel Lemongarden an adults only hotel?
The philosophy of our hotel focuses on slowing down, relaxation and indulgence. That is why we are primarily a hotel for adults only. Actually, we're more: children from the age of 14 are very welcome as well.
When can I check in to my room?
Check-in is possible between 2:00 and 10:00 pm. If you will be arriving later, please get in touch with our reception desk at email@example.com. If you happen to arrive earlier, you can store your luggage at the reception desk. If your room is already ready, we will be happy to check you in earlier.
When must I check out of my room? Is it possible to check in earlier?
We ask that you check out by 12:00 pm. After check-out, you are welcome to store your luggage at the reception desk. We offer late check-out based on availability for an extra fee of 50 % of the daily rate. Please let us know until 4 pm the day before departure at the the very latest.
As an early check in cannot be guaranteed, please book the night before to be on the save side.
When is breakfast?
Breakfast is daily from 7:30 to 11:00 am. For an early departure, we will gladly pamper you with an "early bird breakfast package". Let us know what you would like for breakfast, and you can pick up your breakfast package at the reception desk by 10:00 pm on the evening before your departure.
How long is the reception occupied?
Best support for our guests is our top priority - therefore we do not only offer an extensive concierge service, but also provide a 24-hour reception so you can find a contact person that takes care of your wishes and requests day and night.
How do I reach the hotel from the airport?
All airlines fly to the Split or Brač airports. From here, we offer a pick-up service, which will take you to the ferry or to one of our water taxis. Simply let us know how you would like to arrive when making your booking, and we will make sure that you arrive trouble-free.
How do I get my boarding passes?
If you have already checked in online, send us your boarding passes by e-mail. We will print these out at the reception desk.
How can I pay
We require a deposit with your booking. To secure your booking, please send us your credit card information. Your credit card will not be charged at this time! It will have to be authorized for payment of the agreed amount. You will be charged upon departure and can pay by cash, EC card, or credit card (VISA, AMEX, DINERS, JCB, and MASTERCARD).
The currency of Croatia is the Kuna (HKR); 1 Euro is approximately 7,5 HKR.
How long do I have to make a cancellation?
Depending on arrangements made and the season, you can cancel your reservation. For a no-show without advance cancellation or for a late cancellation of the booking, a cancellation fee equivalent to the amount stipulated will be charged to your credit card.
Am I allowed to smoke in the room or in the hotel?
All of our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the terraces or in the garden of the restaurant.
Am I allowed to bring along my pet?
We welcome well-behaved dogs. The cleaning fee is Euro 20 per day. In Sutivan, there is also a separate beach for dogs. Pets are not allowed in the garden, by the pool, or on the private beach.
How do I reach the hotel by car?
Follow the autobahn towards Split. Once you have arrived in Split, follow the signs for "Tajekt", which is the Croatian word for "ferry". The ferry will take you to the island of Brač, and it docks in the neighboring town of Supetar, which is around 6 km from Sutivan. As soon as you have reached the parking space in front of the department store KONZUM in Sutivan (address: Ulica hrvatskih branitelja), please call us under: +385 21 660062. We will pick you and your luggage up with our golf carts. Our route planner is available to help you calculate your individual route and here you can can download our sketch for your arrival.
Where can I go swimming?
Awaiting you in the splendid hotel garden is our idyllic pool lined by palm trees. If you prefer to swim in the sea, our private natural beach with beach bar is 20 min. walking or 10 min. by bicycle from the hotel. We will be happy to take you there in our golf carts. If you are looking for a bit of variety, there are 4 public pebble beaches to choose from only 2 min. from the hotel.
Is there a wellness offer?
Awaiting you in our wellness pavilion is a cedar sauna, steam bath, spa showers, heated bench, peaceful relaxation room, and an AlphaSphere with two AlphaLoungers.
How much does it cost to use the wellness area?
Whether the sauna, steam bath, or deeply relaxing AlphaSphere – use of the wellness pavilion is included in the room price.
Is there a private spa in Hotel Lemongarden?
Yes! Book our wellness pavilion at the reception desk – and over 100 m2 of wellness enjoyment belong just to you!
What do I do if I suddenly become ill?
We will be happy to help you at the reception desk: a pharmacy with employees that speak several different languages is located in the neighboring town of Supetar.
Are you in need of a physician or emergency rescue service?
We will take care of this at once so that necessary help comes to the hotel without delay. There is a doctor in the neighboring town of Supetar who can reach the hotel quickly.
Do you need to go to the hospital?
A rescue boat will take you directly to the hospital or the private clinic in Split.
How does the Internet work in the hotel?
When you check in at the reception desk, you will receive a separate access code. WLAN is available for free throughout the hotel.
How does the air conditioning work?
The air conditioner can be adjusted to your personal preference in every room. With cold weather, it can also be used for heat.
Can the room be darkened?
The backside of the curtains have a black-out layer, which offers protection from unwanted rays of sunlight. The room can also be darkened by closing the shutters.
Are bed linens available for allergy sufferers?
Upon request, we will provide you with hypoallergenic bed linens and blankets.
Is the hotel entrance open at night?
Our reception desk is staffed daily from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm. The employees in the hotel bar are available until 1:00 am. At check-in, you will receive an "on duty" telephone number with which you can reach us any time after 10:00 pm.
Is a reservation with a credit card possible without guarantee?
A reservation is only possible with a guarantee. However, you can guarantee your booking with a deposit by bank transfer instead of credit card.
Is there food for guests with lactose and gluten intolerances, wheat flour allergies, or diabetes?
Our à la carte breakfast offers a standard, small selection of food for special needs. If you have any special requests, please let us know prior to your arrival.
Is there a laundry, ironing, and cleaning service?
If you leave your clothing at the reception desk by 10:00 am, your cleaned and ironed items will be available for pick-up the next morning. We do not offer a dry cleaning service.
Can I rent a bicycle?
It will be a pleasure to us to provide a bike with a basket free of charge for you to go to our private beach.
Is there a luggage storage room?
You can store your luggage for free at the reception desk on your arrival day before check-in or after check-out on your departure day.
Are drinks available in the room?
Each room has its own well-stocked mini bar. Hot drinks such as coffee and tea are available at our café by the sea.
Where can I book tours and taxis?
Whether bike tours, kitesurfing, stand-up paddling, snorkeling, or hiking, we will gladly organize an activity, excursion, or tour for you. Upon request, our reception staff will also organize a transfer to the airport, ferry, etc. before you arrive.
Have you forgotten something at home?
If you forgot something while packing, simply inquire at the reception desk. We will be happy to provide with a toothbrush, nail file, shower cap, shaving set, band-aids, sanitary products for women, shoehorn, sewing kit, and umbrella.
Is there breakfast at the hotel?
In the morning, you can enjoy an à la carte breakfast. We ask for your understanding that there may be a short wait since our breakfast is prepared fresh. We also offer a standard, small selection of food for special needs and those with various allergies, lactose and gluten intolerance, and diabetes.
How can I send postcards and packages?
The staff at the reception desk will help you with your mailing needs.
Which power connector do I need for my electrical devices?
In Croatia, 220 V are standard. If you need an adapter, just ask at the reception desk
