Ben combines his years of experiences in Silent Flow – a free interpretation of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and QiGong. Exercises of fascia training and other forms of easy exercise complete his approach to Yoga. The courses take place in silence. Beginners and everyone interested will enjoy the exercise led by Ben.
Strengthen your body and work on your flexibility with a varied yoga program - and find your center right by the Croatian Adriatic. In the evening, Ben will be happy to share experiences from his Yoga travels all over the world.
