Bol

The limestone island of Brač is characterised by mountains and unspoilt villages. From the high plateau of Brač Airport, the road to Bol winds its way down impressive serpentines with breathtaking views of the island of Hvar. The Adriatic town of Bol impresses with its ‘Golden Horn’, the only fine pebble beach on the island. It is considered the most beautiful beach on the Adriatic Sea.

Beach and kitesurfing

Bol is the most touristy place on the island, with many bars, nightclubs, restaurants and a wonderful waterfront promenade. It is famous for its ideal conditions for kitesurfing and for its beautiful ice cream parlours along the promenade. Bol is just under 53 km from Sutivan and can be reached by car in about 1 hour. There is a direct boat connection to the island of Hvar from the town.
