The olive harvest is a very special highlight. In October we celebrate it at our big olive festival.
There is only 1 thing that is as important to Helena Ramsbacher as the well-being of her guests: the well-being of her employees.
There are so many people who want to go on vacation in paradise - but you have to look for quite a long time to find people who make it possible for others to do so.
Vacation with added value
On our private beach, you can swim in the crystal-clear blue water or simply listen to the sound of the sea under the shade of old pine trees. Our golf cart shuttle will take you here in just a few minutes. Or you are welcome to stay at the pool in the blooming lemon garden. It is so beautiful here that some of our guests hardly make it to the sea.

Olive house
From the rooftop terrace of our olive house, you can enjoy a view of Solta, the neighboring island of Brač, Split, the Croatian coastal mountains, the straights, and the vast, wide Adriatic Sea. The 500 olive trees from which we press our own olive oil grow on the 50 hectares around the house.
On special evenings, we come here and grill lamb over the open fire, slurp fresh Croatian oysters, and watch the sunset with our guests.
