With the Lemongarden cooking class we celebrate seasonal, local produce and putting a modern twist on traditional recipes. In a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, guests cook alongside the chef, learning how to prepare classic Dalmatian dishes and discovering the stories, flavours and techniques behind the local cuisine. Afterwards, everyone enjoys the dishes together as a shared meal, savouring the flavours of the island and the joy of cooking together.

Join us on a memorable journey along the Maestral walking trail, where Vedran will guide you through picturesque olive groves. After an hour's walk, you will be greeted by the Lemongarden team on the spectacular terrace of the charming stone olive house. There, you will enjoy a traditional late lunch with delicious lamb cooked on a spit and the famous Peka dish, both of which are prepared using fresh ingredients sourced from the surrounding area. The perfect atmosphere will be set by the Croatian band Naranča.
