Is the Heritage Hotel Lemongarden an adults-only hotel?
The philosophy of our establishment focuses entirely on slowing down, relaxation and enjoyment. Accordingly, we are primarily a hotel for adults. But not exclusively, as children aged 14 and above are also very welcome.

When can I move into my room?
Check-in is possible between 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. If you plan to arrive later, please contact our reception desk. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the reception desk. If your room is ready, we will be happy to check you in earlier.

How long may I stay in the room on the day of departure? May I arrive earlier?
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 12 noon. After check-out, you can leave your luggage at reception until your departure. We offer late check-out for an additional charge of 50% of the room rate and subject to availability. Please let us know by 4 p.m. the day before if you would like to check out late. If you already know when booking that you would like to check in before 12 noon on the day of arrival, we kindly ask you to book the night before as a precaution.

When can I have breakfast?
Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 to 11:00. If you are leaving early, we will be happy to spoil you with an ‘early bird breakfast package’. Just let us know what you would like for breakfast. You can then pick up your individual breakfast package at reception until 10:00 p.m. on the evening before your departure.

How long is the reception desk staffed?
Providing our guests with the best possible service is our top priority – that's why we not only offer a comprehensive concierge service, but also ensure that our 24-hour reception is available around the clock to take care of your wishes and concerns!

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
All airlines land at Split Airport or directly on Brač. We are happy to offer you a pick-up service to take you to one of our water taxis (Anges & Irene) or to the ferry. When booking, please let us know how you will be arriving and we will make sure you get here safely. You can find all the information you need here.

How do I get my boarding passes?
If you have already checked in online, simply send us your boarding passes by email. Our reception will be happy to print them out for you.

How do I pay for my room?
We require a guarantee for your booking. Please send us your credit card details as security for your arrival. Your credit card will not be charged! Only an authorisation for the agreed amount will be carried out in advance. Payment will only be made upon departure. Payment can be made in cash, by EC card or by credit card (VISA, AMEX, DINERS, JCB and MASTERCARD).

How long do I have to cancel my room?
Cancellation policy for Best Flexible Rate
All room reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival by 12:00 noon local time. If the room is not cancelled in time or in the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, we will charge the total cost of the booked stay to your credit card. Deposits or advance payments are non-refundable if the reservation is changed or cancelled. -
Am I allowed to smoke in my room or in the hotel?
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. However, smoking is permitted on the terraces and in the restaurant garden.

May I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our hotel.

How do I get to the hotel by car?
Take the motorway towards Split. In Split, follow the sign for ‘Tajekt’. Tajekt is the Croatian word for ferry. The ferry terminal on the island of Brač is located in the neighbouring town of Supetar, about six kilometres from Sutivan. From there, simply drive to the KONZUM department store in Sutivan, located at Ulica hrvatskih branitelja. Park there and give us a call: +385 21 660062. Where can I go swimming?
Our idyllic pool awaits you in the magnificent hotel garden. If you prefer the sea, our private natural beach with beach bar is about a 20-minute walk or 10-minute bike ride from the hotel. We would be happy to take you there in one of our golf carts. And if you love variety, there are four public pebble beaches to choose from within a two-minute walk of the hotel.

Are there any wellness facilities?
Our wellness pavilion features a cedar wood sauna, steam bath, sensory showers, heated bench, contemplative relaxation room and an Alphasphere with two Alpha loungers. How much does it cost to use the wellness area? Whether you want to use the sauna, steam bath or the deeply relaxing Alphasphere, use of the wellness pavilion is included in the room price.

Is there a private spa at the Lemongarden Hotel?
Yes! Book our wellness pavilion at reception – and over 100 m² of wellness pleasure is yours! Simply let us know at reception when you would like us to reserve your relaxation time for you. The private spa will be available for your exclusive use during this time!

What should I do if I suddenly fall ill?
Our reception will be happy to help you: there is a pharmacy with multilingual staff in the neighbouring village of Supetar.

Do you require a doctor or ambulance?
We immediately arrange for the necessary assistance to be sent to the hotel. The doctor is in the neighbouring town of Supetar and will be on site in no time.

Do you need to go to hospital?
The lifeboat will take you directly to the hospital or private clinic in Split.

How does the internet work in the hotel?
You will receive a separate access code when you check in at reception. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel.

How does the air conditioning work?
The air conditioning can be set to your preferred temperature in every room. In colder weather, it functions as a heater. Please note that the air conditioning switches off automatically when a window is opened – it will start working again as soon as the window is closed.

Can the room be darkened?
The reverse side of our decorative curtains has a blackout coating that protects against unwanted light. You can darken the room further by closing the shutters.

Is there bedding suitable for allergy sufferers?
Upon request, you can also receive bed linen and blankets suitable for allergy sufferers.

Is it possible to make a reservation without a credit card guarantee?
Reservations can only be made with a guarantee. Instead of using a credit card, you can also conveniently guarantee your booking by bank transfer with a timely deposit.

Are there foods available for guests with lactose and gluten intolerance, wheat flour allergy or diabetes?
Our à la carte breakfast offers a small selection of foods for special dietary requirements as standard. If you have any additional special requests, please let us know before your arrival.

Is there a laundry, ironing and cleaning service?
If you hand in your clothes for cleaning at reception by 10:00 a.m., they will be returned to you washed and ironed the next morning. Unfortunately, dry cleaning is not available.

Can I borrow a bicycle?
We are pleased to provide you with a bicycle with a basket free of charge for your trips to the beach and the surrounding area.

Is there a luggage storage room?
You can store your luggage free of charge at reception on the day of arrival before check-in and on the day of departure after check-out.

Are drinks available in the room?
Each room has its own well-stocked minibar. Hot drinks such as coffee and tea are available in our café by the sea.

Where can I book tours and taxis?
Whether cycling, kitesurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, snorkelling or hiking, we are happy to organise an activity, excursion or tour for you. On request, our reception will also be happy to arrange your transfer to the airport, ferry, etc. before your arrival.

Did you forget something at home?
Just ask at reception. We will be happy to provide you with a toothbrush, nail file, shower cap, shaving kit, plasters, feminine hygiene products, shoehorn, sewing kit and an umbrella.

Is breakfast served at the hotel?
Enjoy your personal à la carte breakfast. As it is freshly prepared according to your wishes, there may be a short wait. We ask for your understanding in this matter. We also offer a small selection of foods that are suitable for people with various allergies, lactose and gluten intolerance, and diabetes.

How can I send my holiday mail and parcels?
Our reception desk will be happy to help you with sending mail.

What type of electrical connection do I need for my electrical appliances?
In Croatia, 220 V is standard. If you require an adapter, simply ask at reception.
