The pool
The Bible does not tell us whether there was a pool in paradise – but if there was, it would probably have looked like the one at Lemongarden.

Our 150 lemon trees, hibiscus and bougainvillea, cacti and herbs grow (and bloom) around the pool. The mighty 200-year-old palm trees of yesteryear still stand there.
Birdsong and an enchanting scent of citrus fruits and warm stones fill the air. We understand that some of our guests simply cannot make it to the beach. The garden where the Lemongarden pool is located once belonged to the Illic mansion and, like the house, was abandoned for many years. Some of our staff still remember climbing over the old stone wall that surrounds it as children and playing in the wilderness. Today, it is once again a thriving place of tranquillity and retreat in the centre of Sutivan.
