Our own organic olive oil
The gnarled trees, barely two metres tall, cover a large part of the island, and their low height makes it easy to forget that some of them are many centuries old.
There are far more olive trees than people on Brač.
Mineral bitter with
a delicate green colour
The Lemongarden comprises a total of 50 hectares of old olive groves with around 500 trees. We cultivate them organically and press our own olive oil from the fruit, which has an intense mineral-bitter taste and a delicate green colour. It is not pressed, but centrifuged, which ensures particularly good quality. Anyone who comes in autumn is welcome to help us with the harvest, and at the end of October we celebrate it with a festival in our olive house.
