A tomato or aubergine, still warm from the Brač sun and picked from the vine just minutes ago, or thyme and rosemary fresh from the bush are a luxury that cannot be bought – you can only grow them yourself.

That's why we have our own small organic farm and herb garden at Lemongarden, which produce exclusively for our kitchen. When swimming in our pool, you can usually smell the herbs – they grow just a few metres away.
Our guests can also pick ripe fruit and vegetables to their heart's content from the many trees in our garden.
