Split

Split is located on a peninsula. Surrounded by a forest of Aleppo pines, the mountain summit of the Marjan rises up in the west. From here, you have a view of the city as well as the islands of Ciovo, Solta, and Brač.

The magnificent buildings and numerous museums in the historic district of Split are wonderful sights to see. The famous Diocletian palace together with the historic center have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979.

The picturesque, centuries-old, original stone paths that lead to the Diocletian palace are a special experience on their own. In addition, Split has a very beautiful historic district with great shops, restaurants, and coffee bars as well as a promenade with charming infrastructure and a wonderful view of the sea. From Brač or Sutivan, Split can be reached in around 50 min. by ferry. A faster alternative is our speed boat. It will take you to the Diocletian palace in only 30 min.
