What should I know before our arrival?
Due to the current travel conditions, we recommend that all guests register here before arriving in Croatia. This speeds up the entry process and helps you to avoid unnecessary waiting times. If you need assistance in filling out the form, we will be happy to help.
What should I know when leaving/returning to Austria?
Since Wednesday, May 19, entry into Austria from Croatia is possible for people who are vaccinated or have recovered from Covid without a test or quarantine. People who are neither vaccinated nor recovered from Covid need a negative test and must be quarantined for at least 5 days. Exception: business travelers or commuters.
Children between the ages of 14 to 18 who are neither vaccinated nor recovered from Covid and are traveling with adults who are vaccinated or recovered can enter Austria without quarantining upon presentation of a negative test. If you enter the country without a test, you must immediately take a test within the next 24 hours.

Is Heritage Hotel Lemongarden an adults only hotel?
The philosophy of our house focuses entirely on relaxation and enjoyment. Accordingly, we are primarily a hotel for adults, but children 14 and older are also welcome.
When can I check in to my room?
Check-in is possible between 2:00 pm and 10:00 pm. For later arrivals, please get in touch with our reception desk. If you should arrive earlier, you are welcome to store your luggage at the reception desk. If your room is already ready, you can check in earlier.
How long can I stay in my room on departure day? Can I arrive earlier?
We ask that you check out of your room by 12:00 pm. After check-out, you can store your luggage at the reception desk until your departure. We offer a late check-out for a surcharge of 50% of the room price and is subject to availability. Please let us know by 4:00 pm the day before if you would like a late check-out.
If you already know when making a booking that you would like to check in before 12:00 pm on your arrival day, we ask that you book an early check-in the night before to be on the safe side.
When is breakfast offered?
Breakfast is offered daily from 7:30 am to 11:00 am. For an early departure, we will pamper you with an "early bird breakfast package". Simply tell us what you would like for breakfast. You can pick up your individual breakfast package the evening before your departure by 10:00 pm at the reception desk.
What hours is the reception desk staffed?
Providing our guests with the best care is our top priority - therefore we offer not only a comprehensive concierge service, but our 24-hour reception desk also ensures that you will be able to find a contact person around the clock who will take care of your wishes and concerns!
How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
All airlines land at the airport in Split or directly on Brač. We also offer a pick-up service, which will bring you to our water taxi (Agnes & Irene) or to the ferry. The best thing to do is tell us how you will arrive when making a booking, and we will ensure that you arrive safely here.
How do I get boarding passes?
If you have already checked in online, send us your boarding passes by e-mail. Our team at the reception desk will be happy to print it out for you.
How do I pay for my room?
We need a guarantee for your booking. Please send us your credit card details as a guarantee for your arrival. Your credit card will not be charged! The amount of the agreed upon sum is simply authorized in advance. You will be billed only upon your departure. Payment can be made in cash, with an EC card, or with the credit cards VISA, AMEX, DINERS, JCB, and MASTERCARD.
How long do I have to make a cancellation?

Any room reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival by 12:00 noon local time. If the room is not cancelled in time or in case of non-arrival without prior cancellation (no-show), we will charge the total cost of the booked stay to your credit card. Deposits or advance payments are not refundable if the reservation is changed or cancelled.Is smoking allowed in the rooms or hotel?
All our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the terraces and in the garden of the restaurant.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the hotel.
How do I reach the hotel by car?
Drive towards Split on the motorway. In Split, follow the sign "Tajekt". Tajekt is the Croatian word for "ferry". The dock for the ferry on the island of Brač is located in the neighboring town of Supetar ca. 6 kilometers from Sutivan. From here, simply drive to the KONZUM store in Sutivan. The address is: Ulica hrvatskih branitelja. Park here and give us a call at: +385 21 660062. We will be happy to pick you and your luggage up with our golf cart. Where can I go swimming?
Our idyllic pool awaits you in the magnificent hotel garden. If you prefer the sea, our private natural beach with beach bar is only a 20-minute walk or 10-minute car ride from the hotel. We will gladly take you there with one of our golf carts. And if you love variety, there are 4 public pebble beaches to choose from within a 2-minute walk from the hotel.
Is there a wellness offer?
Awaiting you in our wellness pavilion is a cedar sauna, steam bath, spa showers, heated bench, contemplative relaxation room, and Alphasphere with 2 Alpha loungers. How much does it cost to use the wellness area? Whether the sauna, steam bath, or deeply relaxing Alphasphere – use of the wellness pavilion is included in the room price.
Is there a private SPA in Hotel Lemongarden?
Yes! Book our wellness pavilion at the reception desk - and over 100 m² of pure wellness enjoyment is yours! Simply let us know at the reception desk when you would like to reserve your relaxation time. The private spa will be available just for you during this time!
What should I do if I suddenly become sick?
Our reception team will be happy to help you: a pharmacy with a multilingual staff is located in the neighboring town of Supetar.
Do you need a doctor or rescue service?
We will immediately ensure that necessary help comes to the hotel. There is a doctor in the neighboring town of Supetar who can be on-site in only a short amount of time.
Do you need to go to the hospital?
The rescue boat will take you directly to the hospital or private clinic in Split.
How does the Internet work in the hotel
When checking in at the reception desk, you will receive a separate access code. WLAN is available throughout the hotel for free. .
How does the air conditioning work?
The air conditioning can be adjusted in each room to suit your personal temperature preference. In colder weather, it works as a heater. We ask for your understanding that the air conditioning automatically switches off when a window is opened - it will work again as soon as the window is closed.
Can the room be darkened?
The backside of the decorative curtains has a black-out coating, which protects against unwanted light. You can also darken the room by closing the shutters.
Is there bedding that is suited for allergy sufferers?
Upon request, we will provide you with bed linens and blankets suitable for allergy sufferers.
Is it possible to make a reservation without a credit card guarantee?
A reservation is only possible with a guarantee. Instead of using a credit card, you can conveniently guarantee your booking by making a bank transfer with a timely deposit.
Is there food for guests with lactose and gluten intolerance, wheat flour allergy, or diabetes?
Our à la carte breakfast standardly offers a small selection of food for special dietary needs. If you have any other special requests, please let us know before your arrival.
Is there a laundry, ironing, and cleaning service?
If you leave your clothing items that need to be cleaned at the reception desk by 10:00 am, they will be returned to you washed and ironed the next morning. Unfortunately, dry cleaning is not possible.
Can I borrow a bike?
We are happy to provide you with a bike with a basket free of charge for your trips to the beach and the surrounding area.
Is there a luggage storage room?
You are welcome to store your luggage for free at the reception desk before check-on your arrival day as well as after check-out on your departure day.
Are there drinks in the room?
Each room has its own well-stocked mini bar. Hot drinks such as coffee and tea are available in our seaside café.
Where can I book tours and taxis?
Whether biking tours, kite surfing, stand-up paddling, snorkeling, or hiking, we will be happy to organize an activity, excursion, or tour for you. Upon request, our reception team will also gladly take care of your transport to the airport, ferry, etc. before your arrival.
Did you forget something at home?
Simply ask at the reception desk. We will gladly provide you with a toothbrush, nail file, shower cap, shaving kit, bandage, ladies' sanitary items, shoehorn, sewing kit, and umbrella.
Is there breakfast at the hotel?
You can enjoy a personal à la carte breakfast. Since it is freshly prepared according to your wishes, there may be a short waiting time. So, we ask for your understanding. As a standard, we offer a small selection of food that can be eaten by people with allergies, lactose and gluten intolerances, and diabetes.
How can I send mail and packages?
Our reception desk will help you send mail.
Which electrical connection do I need for my electrical devices?
In Croatia, 220 V is standard. If you need an adapter, simply contact us at the reception desk.
