Fully ripe and juicy. A tomato or eggplant still warm from the Brač sun and picked from the vine only a few minutes ago or thyme and rosemary fresh from the bush are a luxury that you can't buy - you can only grow it yourself.

The concept of fresh - that's why we have our own small organic farm and organic herb garden at the Lemongarden, which produce exclusively for our kitchen. If you swim in our pool, you can already smell the scent of herbs that grow only a few meters away.
Our guests can also pick ripe figs from the many trees in our garden to their heart's content.
